I’m looking for a commercial space for a Martial Arts & CrossFit gym, around 1,000–1,600 sq. ft. (100–150 m²), anywhere between Calangute and Siolim.

Open or indoor space, both are fine. Budget is ₹15,000–₹35,000 per month.
